The paper compares the current education situations of medical informatics courses for non-medical informatics majors in and outside China, provides suggestions on medical informatics curriculum setting for non-medical informatics majors in our country which refers to the requnirement of International Medical Information Assoctation, analyzes problems existing in the implementation process of the curriculum setting and sets forward curriculum setting countermeasures.
