The paper introduces the advantages of WeChat public account, elaborates on the design and implementation of hospital appointment registration system from the aspects of service process, function structure, database model, technical framework, implementation effect, etc., and points out that such a system can facilitate patients' registration and treatment as well as improve the efficiency of the hospital.
