The paper briefly introduces the application of Artificial Intelligence(AI) in China's medical and health career, analyzes the legal challenges it faces from the aspects of legal subject system, accountability and identification of medical damage liability, individual health information protection, medical AI supervision, and proposes advice on scientific legislation accordingly.
