The paper analyzes major problems existing in current chronic disease management, introduces fog computing's concept, study status and application in the field of remote healthcare, expounds the feasibility of application of fog computing to remote health monitoring. It designs the management system framework and process of remote chronic diseases in medical association based on fog computing, aiming to provide quality remote health monitoring services with quick response in real time.
