The paper introduces how to build the family doctor chronic disease management system based on mobile medical technologies through integrating smart terminal health monitoring equipment, wireless communication technologies, cloud platform database and medical care APP, elaborates the system architecture, workflow, cloud database interaction management and user terminal realization, and points out that such a system plays a significant role in managing various chronic diseases.
