Abstract:The paper interprets the significance of cultivation and exchanges of medical informatics talents under the "belt and road" initiative in the era of big data. It discusses the feasibility that Guangxi and ASEAN countries conduct talent exchanges in aspects of policy support, medical health, cooperation and exchanges among higher education institutions, and discipline building in colleges and universities. It also analyzes current obstacles facing talent exchanges in the field of medical informatics and proffers relevant countermeasures.
