Self-designed questionnaires are used to inquiry and analyze the information demands, access to information, as well as the obstacles of information seeking and its influence factors of 316 hyperpietics in outpatients of Grade 3 Class A hospitals in minority areas in Guizhou province. The results are as follows:patients have multiple health information demands, access to information is mainly based on traditional interpersonal relations, there are many obstacles in health information seeking, etc.
