Based on the study and analysis of Open Access(OA) resources in libraries of medical colleges and universities, the paper indicates enhancing the building of OA resources in libraries of medical colleges and universities, including improving the publication of major OA resources of biomedicine from home and abroad, regulation of OA resources, the integrate and development of OA resources and commercial databases of libraries, etc.
