The paper expounds management entities, functions and purposes of outpatient intelligent pharmacy, proffers a patient treatment process of intelligent pharmacy based on Internet and Internet of Things Platform. It suggests the government to introduce relevant supportive polices, TCM hospitals to increase investment and enhance whole chain management and security system.
