The paper introduces concepts related to the data element of the preventive treatment of diseases information in TCM, elaborates and implements the standard compilation of the data element of the preventive treatment of diseases in TCM, including data item collection, study on conceptual data model, the extraction, standardization and encoding of data element, etc. with displaying the extraction results.
