The paper uses literatures related to drug repositioning collected in PubMed as data sources, and extracts major thesauruses to perform frequency count, generates high-frequency thesauruses-literatures matrix to conduct cluster analysis. Results show that the major study hotspots of drug repositioning comprise two bases of diseases and bioinformatics with five subject directions in detail.
