The informatization quality and management platform of Xianning Central Hospital has been designed and built under principles of quality management, process management, quality evaluation and continual improvement of quality. The paper expounds the system framework, the building of medical quality index database, function realization and application effectiveness so as to improve the management ability of the hospital.
