The paper designs and realizes intelligent physical examination system, expounds building goals, system structure, business process, including individual billing, household management, inspection in different departments, etc., introduces intelligent queuing and examination process and algorithm as well as system application effect, points out that the system is helpful to improve physical examination efficiency and customer satisfaction.
