Taking the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University as an example, the paper expounds the design and application of day surgery management information system in detail from building difficulties, management mode, system procedure, structure, main functions and other aspects, points out that the system is helpful to improve the operation efficiency and service quality of surgery in hospital, and promote the full implementation of patient-centered day surgery service.
