The paper introduces the design situation of hospital outpatient queuing and calling system from five aspects of building target, design principle, overall structure, system process and function demand, expounds system function and realization, including waiting area nurse station, doctor workstation, queuing and calling equipment, etc., points out that the system is helpful to optimize out-patient diagnosis and treatment process, improve outpatient visit environment, work efficiency and patient satisfaction.
