The paper introduces the modification of Chinese version of ICD-11, and analyzes the distinction of Chinese version of ICD-11 and ICD-10 from four aspects of code frame, newly added chapter, code assembling method, and disease diagnosis terms. It points out the challenges brought by the use of Chinese version of ICD-11 to medical institution and provides corresponding countermeasures, including focusing on the important role played by ICD-11, enhancing its application depth and width, etc.
