The paper introduces the related projects that domestic and foreign hospital libraries engaged in the building of patient health knowledge service platform and main content modules of the platforms, lists the survey results of domestic and foreign patient health knowledge search behaviours, builds a framework of patient health knowledge service platform, and proposes three suggestions for hospital library engaged in the building of platform.
