The paper introduces the definition of big data, Real World Evidence(RWE) and Real World Data(RWD), expounds the feasibility of improving clinical study through big data analysis, points out that big data analysis has effects of optimizing clinical study recruiting, shortening clinical study period, adjusting clinical study design, building complex disease treatment model, etc., and analyzes its limitation.
