Taking Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province as an example, the paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of infection monitoring software, expounds on the design and development of infection quality assessment system based on Hospital Information System(HIS), points out that the system is conductive to reducing the risk of infection and improving the efficiency of infection management.
