Taking Children's Hospital of Shanxi as an example, the paper analyzes the current situation of the hospital informatization building and the existing problems, expatiates on the organization structure and work contents of the hub information department, including interactive hub of information, platform hub and other aspects, as well as introduces the main building method, in the hope that it would provide references for relevant studies.
