The paper analyzes the relationship between Diabetics Mellitus(DM) data management and decision support, elaborates on the application status of artificial intelligence technology in DM self-management in terms of diet management, exercise management, blood glucose monitoring, medication compliance, complication screening, etc., explores the potential opportunities and challenges, to provide references for realizing artificial intelligence to assist in the prevention and treatment of DM.
