The paper analyzes the informatization building situation of primary medical institutions in Hubei province, expounds on the implementation strategy and path of the health information platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) hospitals from aspects of overall architecture, basic infrastructure building, localization transformation, introduces the implementation achievements of platform, and puts forward thoughts and suggestions, including primary TCM informatization building should be considered in conjunction with health informatization building, strengthening the building of primary informatization talents, remote consultation of primary TCM should move towards hierarchical medical, the design of Electronic Medical Records(EMR) should be further simplified, etc.
