The paper expounds on the implementation strategy of Shenzhen's hierarchical diagnosis based on information technology in terms of overall architecture, the city's integrated information system, the building of medical alliance, etc., analyzes the existing problems in the implementation process and puts forward suggestions, points out that the implementation of this strategy is conducive to realizing the interconnection and mutual recognition of medical information within the jurisdiction and promoting the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis.
