Taking Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University as an example, the paper analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of each step of admission and discharge handled from windows, elaborates the design and specific functions of patient inpatient process based on WeChat public platform, including self-service admission registration, advance payment and discharge settlement, etc., points out that this process can improve patients' hospitalization experience, reduce routine work for doctors and nurses, and provide continuous medical services.
