The paper analyzes the risks of patients' privacy disclosure at different treatment stages, sorts out the contents of domestic laws, regulations and policies on patients' privacy protection in detail, summarizes the shortcomings and deficiencies of current system for patients' privacy protection, introduces experience of foreign patients' privacy information desensitization, and puts forward specific suggestions on strengthening domestic patients' privacy protection.
