The paper introduces the organizational structure and building goal of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) medical alliance in Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM, expounds on the platform design from aspects of overall architecture, network structure, and functions, points out that the platform is conducive to realizing the intercommunication and sharing of information within the medical alliance, optimizing medical resources allocation, improving the efficiency of resources use, and promoting the implementation and promotion of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
