The paper studies the influence of clinicians' information acquisition ability, scientific research support service needs and utilization on their participation in scientific research, discusses the role of scientific research support service in promoting innovation of clinical medicine, taking Tianjin medical science and technology information institutions as an example the paper analyzes the problems existing in scientific research support service, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
