The paper expounds on the concrete building of ecological map shared database for origin evolution of genuine regional drugs in terms of system architecture, operating environment and function module, etc., shows the application status of the system, points out that the database can provide comprehensive and reliable data support for the analysis of origin changes of genuine regional drugs in different dynasties and regional ecological environment characteristics.
