Taking six professional public health institutions in Shenzhen as the objects of investigation, the paper investigates the status quo of informatization building in terms of hardware conditions, software systems, organizations, talent teams, capital investment, etc., analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions, including rationally planning public health informatization agencies and manpower allocation, and emphasizing the implementation of security level protection system for information system, etc.
