The paper elaborates on the business requirements, technical structure, main functions of the performance assessment information system for compensation mechanism reform in community medical institutions as well as the internal and external assessment flows of community medical institutions based on the system. Taking Shengzhou City as an example, it introduces the application effect of the system, points out that the system is conductive to improving the transparency of assessment in community medical institutions and the credibility of assessment results.
