Taking PLA General Hospital as an example, the paper expounds on the design and realization of hospital official account system from three aspects of network architecture, overall structure and business process, introduces the operation of the system, and points out that the system is conductive to shortening patients' waiting time, optimizing medical procedures and improving patients' medical experience.
