The paper introduces the domestic and foreign medical knowledge organization systems, expounds on the design of knowledge organization system for precision medicine based on the Clinical Decision Support System for Precision Medicine (PM-CDSS) from aspects of data sources, concept extraction, and semantic relationship building, and analyzes its application in outpatient and inpatient scenarios.
