Taking Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital as an example, the paper expounds on the functional architecture and key technologies of the data center, analyzes the application effect of dayparting medical service preregistration based on the data center, and points out that dayparting medical service pre-registration is conductive to shortening the waiting time of patients and improving the environment for seeking medical advice.
