Patent knowledge and behavior of medical master and doctor graduates are surveyed by a self-designing questionnaire in 5 dimensions of patent basic knowledge, patent retrieval and usage, patent application, patent novelty assessment and patent relevant demands. The paper puts forward advices on boosting the patent education of medical master and doctor graduates on the basis of analyzing the existing problems.
