The paper analyzes the current status of subject services in libraries of medical colleges and universities, discusses the strategies of improving subject service level in the libraries of medical colleges and universities from five aspects of subject librarians, scientific research data, user group, teaching mode as well as teaching hospitals and affiliated hospitals.
