The paper analyzes the current problems existing in the teaching of computer courses in local medical colleges and universities, expounds on the reform plan of computer courses oriented to the computational thinking in terms of teaching philosophy, curriculum system, teaching content, teaching mode, assessment methods, etc. Practical results show that students' satisfaction with curriculum is relatively high, and teaching reform has achieved certain results.
