The paper introduces the current status of data literacy study at home and abroad, builds data literacy evaluation system for medical students, investigates and analyzes medical graduate students in Shanxi Province by using sampling method, so as to understand the level and needs of medical students' data literacy, and provide suggestions for medical colleges and universities to carry out data literacy curriculum reform.
