Taking the questions about AIDS in Baidu Zhidao as data basis, the word frequency and co-word network of the question content are analyzed by using Python language. The paper reveals the five major topics of AIDS health information needs, analyzes the characteristics of AIDS health information users, and proposes the countermeasures for the spread of AIDS health information, so as to provide references for the accurate push of health information.
