The paper expounds the structure, functions and construction methods of hospital Business Intelligence(BI) system based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in detail from the aspects of hardware and software environment, basic data display model and hospital management AI model, points out that the system is convenient for hospital managers to grasp operation dynamics, make accurate decisions and improve medical quality.
