The design program of prehospital medical information system based on Internet of Things(IoT)technology is proposed in this paper. It elaborates the system requirements and overall designs, introduces key system technology and implementation effect, points out that the application of system could effectively shorten rescue and transport time, which improves the emergency efficiency and management level.
