The paper introduces the interface system development project of nationwide off-site medical insurance settlement of Qinghai University Affiliate Hospital, expounds the development tools, technical schemes and development methods of the system, and points out that the system can simplify settlement process. It also discusses the existing problems of the system, then proposes the solutions.
