The paper introduces the application architecture of electronic health card in Zhejiang province, elaborates the concrete process of the integration of electronic health card and electronic social security card (medical card) to form health insurance card, points out that the application can get through the online and offline medical service, optimize the medical service process and improve the medical experience.
