Taking 24 class A tertiary hospitals in Henan province as the study objects, the building and application of WeChat public platform is investigated from the aspects of hospital basic information, medical service, health education, medical record information openness degree, etc., and the results are analyzed. The paper expounds the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions, including making good use of WeChat platform to promote hospital culture construction, enhancing doctor-patient interaction to improve patient compliance, carrying out personalized health education, etc.
