The readers' understanding and usage situation, users' experience and satisfaction of teaching hospital library are investigated and analyzed by adopting online questionnaire survey. In order to further improve the service level of the library, suggestions are put forward, including creating a comfortable library environment and academic atmosphere, enhancing the richness and accessibility of library resources, improving the professional quality of librarians, etc.
