The paper analyzes the informatization building demands of medical record management in primary hospitals, expounds the design principle, methods and specific functions of the integrated medical record management system, points out that the application of this system can realize the intelligent retrieval and quick search of medical record information, which is conducive to the information security and data sharing of medical records, and improve the efficiency of medical record management and the quality of medical service.
