SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively analyze the patient reading promotion services in libraries of hospitals, including the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats formed by the internal and external environment of the organization, the countermeasures and solutions are proposed, including establishing the organization and long-term operation system of reading promotion service, improving the process of reading promotion, and improving patients' reading experiences.
