The paper expounds the system design and grading evaluation standard of evaluation index of benefiting people service of hospital informatization, and applies it to 36 public hospitals for evaluation of the informatization benefiting people service, analyzes the application and effect of the evaluation, points out that the evaluation index system is helpful to promote the hospital to strengthen the informatization building for the convenience and benefit of the people, and improve the hospital informatization service capacity for benefit the people.
