Taking the construction of Cancer Big Data Center of Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University as an example, the paper discusses the key issues such as the platform architecture and data resource architecture of the medical big data center as well as data standardized collection, analysis and processing, privacy security and sharing, etc., provides ideas for the governance and transformation of clinical data in China, improves the level of cancer diagnosis and treatment and prevention and control ability.
