The paper analyzes the existing problems in traditional teaching, puts forward the implementation of group cooperative learning and SPOC mixed teaching mode for the program design courses in medical universities and colleges, expounds the learning content construction, teaching practice and teaching effect of that mode in detail, points out that the mode is helpful to improve students' learning effect, performance and autonomous learning ability.
