The paper introduces the connotation and function of Object-Oriented Modeling(OOM), expounds the data element model framework system and information standard modeling method, takes the basic data set standard of family doctor contract service as an example to elaborate the application of the development and modeling method of health information standards, discusses the relevant issues, including different key points of concern in the modeling process of different information standard types, health care business domain experts should be invited to participate in the modeling process, existing information standard resources should be fully applied, etc.
